5. Protect our services and maintain a reliable environment:
• Conduct investigations, comply with, and enforce any laws, regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards in place, and respond to legal requests for government data or legal action in force.
• Reach out to you to resolve disputes, collect fees, and assist you in our services.
• Correct errors to identify and correct errors that are harmful to our services.

Homzready does not sell your personal data or share it with any third party for direct marketing purposes, yet we may disclose personal data if so requested by law or in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to summonses, court orders or other legal proceedings, as well as personal data of law enforcement offices based on such requests, third party rights holders or others in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for the application of our conditions or privacy policy, or to respond to allegations that a declaration, publication or other content violates the rights of an outside party, or to protect the rights, property or personal safety of our employees or the public.
We will share some or all of your personal data with another business entity if we (or our assets) plan to merge with or acquire this business entity, reorganize, merge or restructure. Homzready will report any violation of personal data to the "Centre" of the competent authority, and you will be notified within three days of the violation of all measures taken.
9. Approval:
9.1 Using the application, you agree to compile and/or process your data as stipulated in this privacy policy and as currently amended by us. "Processing" means the use of connection identification files on a laptop or the use of data in any way, including, but not limited to, data collection, storage, deletion, use, integration, and disclosure.
9.2 Your rights: you are entitled (1) to request data and access all personal data that we keep on you (2) to request correction of any inaccurate personal data that we keep (3) to request deletion of personal data.
10. Application of privacy policy:
Acknowledges and agrees that privacy policy applies to all personal data that we have collected and that we will collect in the future within the scope provided for in this privacy policy, and agrees that we have the right to store, preserve and use them for treatment and deliver the product of treatment through the advantages of Homzready.
11. Applicable law:
Acknowledges and agrees that privacy policy is subject to and interpreted in accordance with Egyptian law and that the Cairo courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise.
