You are responsible for any transactions made using the stolen Homzready account accreditation data unless you immediately notify us of the temporary suspension of its activity, and you receive a message from Homzready that your Homzready account has been temporarily suspended or cancelled.
5.2 You are not entitled to share your Homzready account accreditation data with anyone else. You recognize and agree to refund any transaction made using your Homzready account to Homzready, which you or any other person have requested to access Homzready's services by using your username or password, whether or not you permit it.
6.2 You must immediately notify Homzready of any suspected or actual fraudulent or irregular activity identified as a result of your use of the services of Homzready. Failure to do so may lead to the suspension or termination of your Homzready account, in addition to any further statutory action taken by Homzready at its full discretion. When the suspected or actual fraudulent or informal activity originates from a trader or commercial platform using Homzready services, you must immediately inform Homzready of the trader before any further action is taken.

5. Lists of products and their availability:
You realize that Homs Reddy is just a model of information and does not share or take any responsibility with you for the manufacture, shipment, production, or delivery of any of the products or services purchased through Homzready. Thus, Homs Reddy will not be responsible with you for availability, qualification, or any other characteristic of any products on your website, application or platform, and Homzready is entitled to communicate with you about any complaints or recommendations concerning your products or services and to request correction of any error.

Homzready is not responsible for any products or services sold through any websites, applications or commercial platforms of your own. All the contents contained in the Homzready service or made available through the Homzready service belong exclusively to the suppliers of its contents and are protected under domestic and international copyright and database rights laws.
You may not obtain an extract and/or re-use parts of the content of any of the Homs Reddy services without our explicit written consent. In particular, you may not use any data search, robotics or similar data collection and extraction tools for extraction (one or several times) or re-exploitation of any substantive parts of the content of any of the Homs Reddy services, without our express written consent. Nor may you establish and/or publish any database of your own containing essential parts of any of Homzready's services (e.g., our price lists and product details) without our explicit written consent.
8. Trademarks:
The drawings, logos, symbols, software, and names of services contained or available in any of the Homs Reddy services are brands or commercial designs of Homs Reddy. Trademarks and designs of Homs Reddy may not be used in any non-Homzready product or service in any way that would cause confusion among customers or would in any way discredit or damage the reputation of Homs Reddy. All other non-Homzready brands that appear in any of Homzready's services belong to the people who own them, and who would or would not be Homzready's subsidiaries or operating companies with Homzready or Homzready's sponsors.
9. License and access:
9.1 Provided that you comply with these conditions of employment and applicable conditions of service and pay any related fees, Homzready or the content providers of Homs Reddy shall grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-convertible and non-sub-licensable license to access and use in person the services of Homzready. Any collection or use of any product lists, description, or prices, any by-use of any services or content of Homzready, any download, or copies of your account information for the benefit of another trader, any use of data search, use of robots or use of similar data collection and retrieval tools.
9.2 All rights not expressly granted to you in these conditions of employment, or any conditions of service reserved for Homzready, licensees, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. No Homs Reddy services, or any part of the Homs Reddy services visited may be re-produced, reproduced, repeated, sold, or resold for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not frame or use framing techniques to attach any brand, logo, or other proprietary information (including photographs, text, page planning form or any other form) to Homzready without our express written consent. You may not use any descriptive marks or any other "invisible text" that uses the names or brands of Homzready without our express written consent.
9.3 You may not abuse the services of Homzready. You can use Homzready's services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by Homzready are terminated if you do not comply with these terms of employment or the conditions of any of the services.
10.Views, comments, correspondence and other content:
10.1 You can publish and receive opinions, comments or other content; send electronic cards or other correspondence; or hand over proposals, ideas, comments, questions or any other information, as long as that content is not illegal, abusive, threatened, defamatory, private, contrary to intellectual property rights, harmful to third parties or subject to opposition, and does not consist of or contain viruses of political platforms, campaigns, commercial promotion, serial speeches, collective mail or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or mislead with respect to the origin of any card or other content. 10.2 If you publish your products, services, opinion, comments, questions or answers as a service provider or other content submitted by you for posting on the electronic application (including any photographs, videos or sound, all referred to as "content"), you will give Homzready a non-exclusive, free, permanent and irreversible right and can be re-licensed to use, reproduce, publish, present, translate or modify that content worldwide and in any media. You grant Homzready (and persons granted a sub-license by Homzready) the right to use the name given in connection with that content.
10.3 Undertake and ensure that you own or control all the content rights that you publish; that the content is accurate; and that the use of the content that you provide is not contrary to any applicable policy or guidance and does not cause harm to any person or entity (including that the content or material does not contain any defamation). Agrees to compensate Homzready for all third-party actions against Homs Reddy as a result or in respect of the content or materials they provide, except to the extent that the liability for this has resulted from our inability to delete the content correctly when notifying the illegality of that content, where the lack of legality has arisen from the basis of the content, on the basis of the content, or as a result of the content it has sent to us. Homs Reddy has the right (but not the obligation) to observe, modify or delete any activity or content. 11.Intellectual property claims:

12.The terms of Homes Reddy's programs:
"Homs Reddy" is when the buyer, seller and/or service provider decides to complete the contract through electronic application, the additional requirements for Homzready's programs, in addition to these conditions of use, apply to any programs (including updates or renovations to programs and any relevant documents) that we submit to you from time to time for use with respect to Homzready's services ("Homs Reddy Programs"). You may not use any of the services of Homzready if you are subject to domestic or international sanctions, penalties which are compatible with the laws of the governments of the State in which you use the services of Homzready. You must comply with all the limitations of the laws of the State in which you use Homzready services and export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, programs (including Homzready programs), technology or services. Nothing in these terms of employment shall encourage or request (or be interpreted as encouraging or requesting) Homs Reddy or you to act in any way (including taking or failing to take any action in respect of any transaction) contrary to or punishable by any applicable laws, regulations, rules, or requirements.
14.Other companies:
Non-Homzready runs shops, provides services, or sells products on this electronic application. In addition, we offer links to the locations of certain subsidiaries and other companies. We do not have the responsibility to test or evaluate any of these companies or individuals or the content of their websites, nor do we guarantee their offers. Homzready has no responsibility or accountability for the actions, products or content of these companies, individuals or other third parties. When any third party attaches to your transactions, we may share your information regarding these transactions with that third party. You must carefully review the data of that third party.
15.Homzready's turn:
Homzready allows you to include and sell your products on the Homzready application and in each of these cases, reference will be made to this on the relevant product details page. While Homzready helps to facilitate transactions on electronic Homzready, Homzready is not a buyer or seller of those goods that she sells. Homzready has offered a place for vendors and buyers to discuss and close the transactions. Accordingly, the contract concluded at the end of the sale of these third-party products is absolutely between the buyer and the seller. 16.Our responsibility:
16.1 We are doing our utmost to ensure that Homs Reddy services are available without interruption and that transactions are carried out without error. However, given the nature of the Internet, this cannot be fully guaranteed. In addition, your access to Homzready services may be suspended or banned from time to time to allow for some repairs, maintenance, new facilities or services. 16.2 Homs Reddy shall not be liable for (1) losses that did not result from any offence on our part, (2) any business losses (including loss of profits, revenues, contracts, expected savings, statements, reputation or lost expenses), or (3) any indirect or incidental losses that were not anticipated on your part and on our part at the time of the introduction of the services of Homs Reddy.
16.3 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet the obligations of the vendor and/or service provider under these conditions if the delay or disability is caused by any reason attributable to you. This requirement does not affect the buyer ' s legal right to lodge a complaint with Homzready and, accordingly, you will be contacted to resolve this complaint in a timely manner. When you refuse, do not communicate and/or complain, it cannot be resolved that you send the goods or services within a reasonable time or recover the value if the goods or services requested are not provided within a reasonable time due to any reasons for you. In such a case, we may, upon complaint, send your legal documents to the buyer for appropriate action and this is not a breach of any confidential conditions.
17.Laws in force:
These conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In the event of any dispute, dispute or claim under these conditions, or in respect of these conditions, including in any way with respect to the use of any of the services of Homzreadyor any of the products or services provided or distributed by the seller and/or service provider or with respect to the existence, operation, interpretation, performance, breach, termination and/or any dispute concerning any of the non-contractual obligations arising out of or in respect of these conditions (referred to for the purposes of this section as "the dispute"), this shall be referred to the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle that dispute. Each party confirms its agreement to the exclusive authority of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For the purposes of this paragraph, you waive your right to challenge the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the grounds that it is inappropriate or inappropriate to settle any dispute.
18.Changes in service or adjustments to conditions of employment:

This may include sharing your identification information and any other information with external parties to enable Homzreadyto provide services to you and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
18.4 You agree to these terms and conditions when you enter or use the Homzreadywebsite or the Homzreadyapplication, you agree with privacy policy, knowing that we collect your personal data and understand the mechanism for dealing with it.
18.5 You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing your personal data at any time, in accordance with contractual and statutory restrictions and written notification.
18.6 No information received under these terms and conditions or any other contract with Homzreadymay be disclosed to others. Any information concerning the actions of Homes Reddy, within the limits that may adversely affect the actions of Homes Reddy, must be obtained confidentially, and you will be responsible for compensating Homzreadyfor any loss of work or reputation, if any action resulting from your access to this information.
19.Liability limits:
19.1 Homzreadyis an independent service provider and is not a party to any direct arrangements between customers and traders or other relevant third parties. 19.2 Traders are independent service providers subject to these terms and conditions and contract only with Homes Reddy. Traders are not employees, representatives, or agents of Homes Reddy. Since Homs Reddy is a platform for offering products and services to all customers and in fulfilment of its role under these conditions and provisions, traders assume full responsibility for all transactions between them and customers or other related transactions, and in the event of a dispute between you and any client or third party, you undertake to discharge Homzreadyfrom any liability arising from or relating to such disputes. With this undertaking, Homs Reddy (and its agents and employees) shall be exempt from claims, claims, obligations and compensation of any kind or nature, known or unknown, declared, or undeclared, arising out of or in any way related to such conflicts.

19.5 Provide information on the website and general-purpose mobile application only. Homs Reddy makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date and correct but does not provide any undertakings or guarantees of any kind, whether explicit or implicit, in terms of completeness, accuracy, reliability, appropriateness, availability of the site, mobile applications, information, services, advertisements or related drawings on the website or application of the mobile for any purpose, and therefore you must rely on this information on your own responsibility.
19.6 Homs Reddy is not responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure in the provision of services due to a force majeure event.
19.7 If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you may not have access to the website or the mobile application, nor use the services of Homes Reddy.
20.Evacuate liability:
In the event that you violate these conditions of employment and do not act on our part, our right to use our rights and compensation will continue to apply in any other situation where they violate these conditions of employment.

22.Notifications and proceedings for claims of violations of rights:
If you think your rights are violated, you can contact us. We are responding immediately to the rights holders and their agents who are in contact with us to present any problems with respect to any violations.
We may take specific action upon receipt of your application, which may include the deletion of information or goods, which are taken without any liability being recognized and without prejudice to any rights, damages, or objections, where we all expressly retain them. In addition, when your application is received, you grant Homzreadythe right to use, reproduce, modify, prepare, publish, translate, or create derivative works and display their content in the media around the world. This includes the retransmission of your application to the parties involved in the submission of the dissenting content. Agree to compensate Homzreadyfor all actions brought against Homzreadyby any third party arising out of or in connection with your application.

23.Additional conditions for Homes Reddy's programs
1. Targets and seeing Homes Reddy. Homzreadyis an emerging technology company that seeks to fill the vacuum in the real estate market inside the Arab Republic of Egypt and to offer smart and clear solutions to service providers and customers, both in an effective and reliable manner through our platforms. Since the main objective of Homes Mart is to find a means of communication between the client and the service provider, Homzreadyoffers real estate service providers a platform to present their past business and experience, as well as new publicity and marketing channels for our shared service provider to communicate with potential clients and to offer their prices and services in a decent and innovative manner.
2. Homzreadyprograms and services. According to the aims and vision of Homes Reddy, it seeks to provide the best programmes and services. Since Homs Reddy is an emerging company, it provides the services currently available and is entitled to develop, update, add, survey and/or delete services and programmes whenever it wants to meet the needs of service providers without the right of service providers to object or claim any compensation. Homs Reddy ensures that any action taken is in accordance with her vision and purpose and with agreement with service providers to find the best and most up-to-date ways of advertising, marketing, and sales.
3. Prices and cost of Homes Reddy services and programmes. Homes Reddy provides service providers with the contract programme and contains services and prices at the agreed term of the contract between them. Some service providers are offered a free-of-charge contract programme by Homes Reddy. Homes Reddy is entitled to choose, terminate or renew service providers to benefit from offers made. It is not such as a promise to change, develop or update programmes or services. The service providers are not entitled to object or claim any compensation for failure to provide services that Homs Reddy may have to suspend, postpone or cancel at any time. The obligation of Homs Reddy does not exceed the obligation to provide the contract programme only without any additional programmes or services without breaching any other obligations contained in the contract.
4. Registration in Homes Reddy programs and services. For service providers, the service is provided under a contract between them and Homes Reddy, and since the contract not only guarantees the provision of services, but also the application registration and establishment of the calculation and presentation of services and products, at which time the service provider ensures the enjoyment of the various benefits and services of Homes Reddy. After registration and establishment of the account, Homes Reddy is entitled at any time to the risks and prices of the service provider with new and/or additional services, programmes and benefits. The service provider is entitled to accept registration or otherwise by accepting and sharing in the service, advantage or programme in a manner chosen by Homs Reddy in accordance with these conditions of use. At any time if the service provider wishes not to participate in Homes Reddy's programmes and services, communicate with the customer service or cancel registration. Continued registration by the service provider is the service provider ' s agreement to enjoy various Homs Reddy privileges, services and programmes and to pay fees.
5. Use Homes Reddy. You can use Homes Reddy programmes only for the purposes of using and enjoying the services of Homes Reddy provided by Homes Reddy, in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment and the conditions of service. You may not include any part of the Homes Reddy programs in your own programs or merge any part of them with your own programs, transfer them for use with another service, sell, lease, lend, distribute or sub-licence Homes Reddy programs, or waive any rights to Homes Reddy programs, in whole or in part. Additional requirements for third parties included in certain Homes Reddy programmes (or distributed with certain Homes Reddy programmes) specifically specified in the relevant documents may apply to those Homes Reddy programmes (or programmes with Homes Reddy programmes), which would govern the use of such programmes if they conflicted with these conditions of use. All programmes used in any of the Homes Reddy Services for Homes Reddy or any of the Homes Reddy software suppliers are owned and protected under domestic and international copyright laws.
6. Use of third-party services. When Homes Reddy programmes are used, they may also use the services of one or more third parties, such as radio companies or mobile phone platforms providers. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the policies, conditions or fees imposed by these external actors.
7. Not allowing reverse engineering. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable laws, you may not reproduce, modify, or perform reverse engineering, dissolving, dissolving, or tampering with any of the Homes Reddy programs, whether in whole or in part, or create any acts derived from the Homes Reddy programs, and you may not encourage, assist, or authorize any person to do so.
8. Updates. In order to continue updating Homes Reddy's software, we may provide automatic or manual updates at any time and without giving you notice.
